It’s not easy being Yellow

In the middle of the others;

Shimmering and gold

Smooth as a baby’s bottom

Crunchy at the fold;

Yet you never use me

At stirfrys, I don’t get a look in;

I’m but a yellow capscicum

why won’t you use me in your cooking?
