OK, one more run this morning and thought I’d do a little more vlogging to get used to it. Running and vlogging I mean.
Warning: This clip contains bad singing (and lyrical stuff ups) and is cut off when a car approached, couldn’t bare to have someone in the OHT catch me filming myself mid-jog.
Who does that?
Of course, I am doing this to raise money and awareness for the Afghan Women’s Writers Project. Pledge to donate by reading here and leaving a pledge in comments section.

I’m so happy you are taking us along for the run. Feel like I’m getting in shape just watching you. Cheers my friend..keep it up!
Onya Sharni! Is it jog for 2mins walk for 2? How does it go?
Hey heather- its a gradual build up each week I am following the training program here: http://www.sharnanigans.com/2010/10/running-schedule/
join me!!!
Thanks Sharni – you know that looks manageable-I might try the first workout this afternoon.
Wonder how much harder you can push yourself and still manage to video yourself! :-)
ha, good point! you will have to stay tuned!! (or I’ll hire a cameraman!)
Sharni
For some inspiration, you might like to watch “The Man who Cycled the world”. You can watch some of it online at:

(if you want to see the whole thing, drop me an email and I can point you to it)
Your short vlogg reminded me of him – slight difference in the scale of the achievement, but we’ve all got to start somewhere eh? Keep it up.
Ha! yes we are on a different scale but each to their own goal!! Thanks for the link Mike, I will check it out!
You are too funny! Love it and keep going. xx
have only just watched all the footage. Love it. Endorphins?? Cripes mine never seem to kick in until about 2hrs after I have run and the car approaching – Gold. Just what I would do, how embarrassment. Keep it up you are going really well, at least I don’t have to run in that kind of heat here or with the plagues. Can I post one on my blog? I will do all I can to get you some publicity (which wont be much but it all helps). Also when I did c25k I downloaded the ipod version and you can run to music, it did help somewhat and I didnt have to think about how long I had been running or time myself which usually ended with me chocking myself on my husbands stopwatch around my neck. Keep it up and lets see if we can get you some new joggers!! I know what its like to run in puddles with holes and if I can do it and be running 5kms per day now you can as you look way fitter than me.
Thanks heaps Julia, LOVE you to post one on my blog, as much help as I can muster. Really appreciate support! Don’t be deceived I am quite unfit!!!
