I am not sure if you are aware but Tuesday the 28th of December is the official:
“Get a friend to pledge day”
It involves you, dear readers selling my cause to a friend and getting them to pledge. Any amount will do. I have over $2500 pledged and want to really pack a punch by the 8th of January. Together we can bring in some BIG MONEY to enable Afghan Women Writers the gift of having their stories heard.
You may have to ring them, email them, facebook them – send them this video linked here to explain it to them- and then get them to donate, follow them up! ALL BY END OF PLAY TOMORROW
Remember, your friends only have to make a pledge, payments can be made in January after I have run (8th)
