Move Over Esther

So, as regular readers will know, after completing my 5km run I wanted to keep the fitness thing going by training to complete 30 laps.

I am currently up to 18 laps and have my work cut out for me to complete my goal before the OHT pool calls it a season.

I have a feeling in my waters (pardon the pun) I will be able to drift glamorously through the remaining laps as today I officially bin my ‘GoLo held together by a hairband swimmers’ and channel Esther Williams.

A gorgeous little boutique find in Sydney – Prue Trollope read about my cause and kindly issued me a pair of the miracle swimsuit! Navy and white polka dots 50′s style.

Those who know me in real life will know I am not one to parade around in my cossies and in fact am very very self-conscious.

Well, God knows there is magic in this swimsuit. As soon as I put it on today I reached for my cat-eye sunglasses and lounged on the yellow banana chair also from a bygone era to show you the cutest little swimsuit that will get me to the big 30 in style.
