It seems every now and then Sharnanigans goes into transition mode. We are currently experiencing that. By we, I mean me.
After my big run I have found that I have needed to step away and wait until I know it is time to come back. I am impatient to be back and I have ideas dancing around in the wings, but they seem to be trying out some new moves and not settling on their routine.
I just can’t , I just can’t, I just can’t control my feet
So, this post is to let you know I have grand ambition for this website for 2011.
This will be the year where you guys are going to be asked to play a big part.
Things are going to be changing around here, in ways my mind hasn’t quite finished conjuring up.
Life has been happening while I am trying to get it to make other plans.
Cowboy got a job doing some tractor work, and then the rains came and so it was too wet to work, and Monte, who is now two – has taken me to new levels of ‘I don’t know what I’m doing here and holy guacamole get off the slippery kitchen basin with that tube of Dettol”.
I have had to develop Go-Go Gadget arms and eyes on either side of my head like a budgie to keep up with his fast and adventurous antics.
Loving watch his personality blossom of course.
And the fitness thing? I’ve still got it going, 18 laps of the pool, and a slight pause due to a cool change had me running again yesterday, for old times sake.
Any moment now I will be knowing whether or not I will be making my TV Debut on The Circle.
Things are in transit.
I am learning to accept the transition and trust that ideas will make sense to me when they should, and prodding and impatience from me doesn’t help.
So readers, I promise there are going to be some new and exciting adventures this year. Some fascinating new and old guest writers, projects for YOU to get involved in, stuff to make you laugh, the Swami will raise her head from time to time, and I will keep finding ‘stuff’ to give back to you all. There will be stories from my life, stories from YOUR lives and opportunities to create, inspire and be real!
So please, stay with me, in transition, because I can hardly wait until I press un-pause and turn the hose on full-pelt.
